Rear cab mount bolts
This is a picture of my driver's side rear cab mount. The passenger side looks the same. Isn't there supposed to be a nut on these studs?

I believe that style of retainer is threaded going up into the bushing.

Re: Rear cab mount bolts
And a royal pain to break loose with 50 years of rust welding it together. I used vice grips on the outer edge of the lower flange to hold a backup while working the bolt from inside the cab. Spray liberally with PB Blaster or equivalent and let soak. Repeat as necessary. Be gentle and work the bolt a little at a time back and forth. Once the bolt is out, spray inside and let soak. The top and bottom pieces have interference fit tubes and a little emboss that "click" together. They rust together like they're welded but with patience and tenacity they'll come apart.

Much better than WD40. Here's an interesting comparison from awhile back.

Re: Rear cab mount bolts
One of mine was toast. I used one of the others as a pattern. Fortunately I have access to a laser and band saw at work. Cut 2 washers and 2 pipes, diffrrent sizes. Using long bolts, nuts and lock washers to mount.

Randy: Just spitballin' here.....If you weld a deep nut to the two big washers that will be underneath, if/when you have to take things apart at a later date, you can stick a deep socket on the nut, use an impact from the bottom, and have someone inside with a wrench holding the head of the bolt.......

Re: Rear cab mount bolts
You are onto something for disassembly. There is a video or two of where they make a "puller" to pop these apart. VERY good idea as it beats a sawzall by a country mile! Use the threading to your advantage.
