67- 72 truck, which year is the best?
Hey everybody! I was just curious about which truck year of the 67-72 trucks is the most popular with the members of this site.
I personally prefer the 67 style but, Id like to know what you guys think.

I like the interior to the the 67s best and the 67-69 grilles, but really, they're all good

I have owned them all and I like a 69 the best. But at the same time my 72 is my favorite truck ever.

I voted for '68 cause that's what I have, but my real opinion is that the best truck ever is the one that the member owns.

I agree, Flyboy. I have a '70 now, so it's my favorite, but then I loved my 68 almost as much when I had it. My 66 was kinda fun, but no comparison.

Well, I've owned 3 '71s, never a '69, but voted for '69 as my favorite. I guess I got the grass is greener syndrome. It's really the '69 Rangers I like.

I've always been a fan of the oddball vehicles....anything that isn't like everyone elses. I was just looking for a '67-'72 truck when I picked up my '67, not knowing that it was really any different than the others, but I'm sure glad I was fortunate enough to get the 'red-headed stepchild' of the family.

I voted for '69, since that's what I got, but I like all of the '67-'69's equally. I have the '69 Ford, along with a '67 Mercury that I just got, and will be picking up next weekend. I also have had another '69, but it was a Ranger parted out to save my other '69!!! Never had a '68, '70, '71 or'72!

re: 67- 72 truck, which year is the best?
My first truck ever was a 67. After having owned at least one of each year, I will say my favorite is my 67 standard cab lwb followed very closely by my 67 crewcab(which took me almost 25 years to buy). All of the 67-72s are the best built, best all around trucks ever built. To echo what alot of you have already said, along with a big .

It looks like we have a large 67 fan base so far.

I had to go with the 1972. Not that I like it the best but it was free. My goal is to make it impossible to figure out what year it was by time I'm done.

mine is the 72 Ranger XLT From all the chrome and the side marker lamps in the rear. Just wished they hadthe ones up front on the side instead of the cornerish ones they have

I don't want to give em a heart-attack. That is what would happen if I answered the door in the buff. Heck it almost scares me to death when I step out of the shower and look in the mirror.~Mancar1~
