Body bolts painted
I need some assistance on paint color on the body/fender bolts. I didn't take my truck apart so not sure what color the bolts should be. Mine are either rusted or body paint but not sure they should be painted the body color is black the right choice for all the bolts? Thanks

Re: Body bolts painted
I believe the original bolts were just cadmium plated , a grey zinc type color.
That wears off and the bolts rust.
The color of the bolts is your personal preference.
A lot of newer vehicles paint the bolts in place, body color.
For more detail you can use a contrasting color or stainless steel.
