I have uninstalled the distributor from my 1969 f100 300 inline 6 and would like to rebuild and replace the points with a Pertronix unit and instal a new vacuum advance on it but the part number on my dizzy has faded with age. To the best of my ability and using some carb clean it reads,
030f 12127 80
4010 Motorcraft
Any help identifying the distributor would be a big help, maybe someone has done this conversion or replaced the advance themselves and would like to share their experiences?

Re: Distributor ID
Can you take a picture of the engineering code and post?
It is more likely to be 'D' or 'C' not a '0'.
C= 1960
D= 1970
E= 1980
Number following the letter will indicate the single year of engineering. D0VE is for a 1970 designed part. D3VE would be 1973, E7TE would be 1987.
