rad support mounts

Where can you find the steel washer/sleeves that go through the rubber mounts under the rad support?

Mine didn't have sleeves through them. I don't believe they're used there. Washers and the rubber are sold at the usual sellers (LMC, etc).

It shows them here. Maybe I don't need them as long as I have a stout washer on either side. Part # 00163

So long as it doesn't bug you, you should be able to use any washers that fit and give you the needed spacing. This is how I have always done it. My dad too. His dad too.

Most of the aftermarket replacement hardware kits for cab mounts and rad supports are just bolts, nuts and washers. The originals were stamped/extruded/welded tubes and washers. A couple of mine were in bad shape and had to cut them loose. I got some used one's from a member and made my own out of some galvanized steel conduit and cut some thicker washers on our laser at work. Had a friend weld them for me. You can see them hanging in the center of this photo of my paint booth.

I thought about just welding some tube to the bottom of thick washers. Good to know it will work with or with out.
