Hi, Fellow forum members.
I need some assistance.
68/69 Ford F100's are few and far between in South Africa -
Majority of the member on this forum are from the USA and would more than likely be familiar with 3D-scanning.
Hence my question - - is it at all possible for any of the fellow forum members - - if you would be so kind - and have the necessary hardware/tools to assist in the 3d-scanning of a tailgate for a 68/69 Ford F100 and the area around the tail lights -
I know this is a long shot but this is my only and last resort with regards to the tailgate issue as mine is completely rusted and been gutted by a previous owner to somehow fix it in his "own unique" way.
If I can get a 3d model of the tailgate then I can have it routered/milled from foam and try to make a fibre glass replica -
With regards to the rear light area - this would assist me as well in order to fabricate some sort of replacement sheet metal that is the landing area of the chrome bezel and that the rear light actually gets mounted to/in. Mine was completely removed and I am sitting with these ridiculous holes that appears to have been made by a butcher of some sort.
If anyone is willing to assist in this regard it will be highly appreciated - I know that this might be a lot of effort - but this is my only shot.
If I can then get the 3d model of the tailgate and the rear lighting area then I can hopefully do the rest her on my side.
Looking forward in fellow forum member(s) feedback - if any -
Chat to you later.

Tailgate and rear lights area
Everyone's always driving their fancy cars, but for some reason it is always the ol'FORD that is relied on when the fancy car breaks.
