anyone have Farmer's Insurance? Check this out!

Post by 72hiboy4x4 »

[quote]Ethel Adams was driving along minding her own business last March when a pickup truck was forced into her lane, slamming into her head-on.

She had to be cut from her crumpled Hyundai Accent. She was in a coma for nine days. Doctors first debated whether she'd live, then, later, whether she'd walk. It would seem Adams was the unlucky victim of an unforeseen event â€â€

I just forwarded that to everyone I know. What the hell good does it do to have a law that requires insurance if they won't hold up their end of the deal. Pretty good deal if you are an insurance company get laws passed requiring everyone to have it and then refuse to pay. :cuss: :cuss: :cuss: Farmers :cuss: :cuss: :cuss:

I will never go with farmers. Whats to say that some rice burning punk doesn't try to run any body off of the rod and then(to avoid insurance trouble) I meant to ram that guy. So what farmers is saying is even though it is against the law to do it. I can ram another car intentfully and they don't have to fix the victims vehicle.

Sadder still it is her insurance company. Who collects some money from her to insure the car and bam. That is why i will one day get bonded 18,000 or so. And carry my own insurance.

Relax. Mike Kriedler, the state insurance commissioner told Farmer's they had better pay or else they will no longer be able to sell insurance in the State of Washington. Curse those damn bureaucrats!

Sounds like your typical insurance company.

They are like a casino, they are there to make money not give it out.

I am glad I don't have Farmers but I don't trust any insurance company any further than I can toss their claims adjuster.

:yt:! also gents (and ladies) Do you realize they (all Isurance companies), Have tried to weasel out of paying damages and medical bills of the legaly insured Driver, When a drunk driver Hits them.

Luckily some(hopefully most) Judges are smart and passionate enough to say "Hey! If the drunks insurance won't cover him then hows about you take the info and drag the drunk to court. Don't Punish the guy you insure who was nothing but legal!" (and has payed you thousands upon thousands for years and years.

Steps off the soapbox and takes appluase.

Hey my Brothers!

When I was a kid my grandpa told me not to trust Banks and Insurance Companies. He raised a Family during the Depression (Banks).
Any Business that is legally exempt from ANTITRUST LAWS should :nono: NOT :nono: be allowed to exist, at least not in the good ol' US of A!!! :2cents:

I really can't complain about my insurance. I have State Farm, and I have a great agent. I got hit by a teenager and his insurance company was hassling me about them paying for it. My agent told me "Give me his agents name and number. If they won't pay for it, WE will, and then we'll sue them to get our money back!"
I had a check for the full amount in under a week. :D

I had Progressive at one time while living in California. Some wacko side swiped my car and did over $2000 in damage to it, then drove away. I had to pay up front for the rental car and be reimbursed later. It took two months before I got my car back, painted the wrong color. To top it off, the State of Cali said it was my fault because the offender wasn't there to talk to.

I switched to State Farm since 1999 and have had great advice and responses from them. When I moved to AZ, they suggested the glass coverage. Within a week of buying my 99 F150 the windshield was smashed by a rock kicked up by another vehicle. The glass was replaced the next day at my house. My rates were not raised and no deductible was needed. Needless to say, they cover my house and all 3 of my vehicles.
