Bought this truck running for 500 on craigslist. Changed the hood out with a 71 hood, swapped the engine out of a 67. Its got a t-18 with 4.10s in the rear. I can pull a 24 ft gooseneck with 1000 gallons of water, or drive downhill, wind at my back, and will get 4mpg. Nicest thing about the truck are the michelins up front, and the 1997 power lumbar bench seat.

i'll be towing a chevy home with my f-350 this weekend, i'll be sure to get pics haha.

360, NP435, 4.10s and a custom 9ft flatbed. the only vehicle that my family has ever owned that would start any day of the year and be good to go. that is until i got my f-250

i didn't get pics of hauling because if you look closely you'll see that the dolly is too narrow. so we ended up flat towing it 10 miles through hilly backroads.

you'll be happy to know that the f-350 never had to leave 3rd gear no matter how steep the hills got. my dad was driving and as the chevy brakes started to smoke from me riding them down a couple super long hills we pulled off the road to let them cool.... he was dragging the truck with all 4 locked up like it was nothing

oh god that FE sounded goooooood under load

Anybody got factory flareside beds on their F350? I'm curious if I'm reading my 1971 brochure right, seems to me they only game with 9' styleside boxes or flats?
