Thanks Paul
Finished inner kick plate and welded in. Finished lower rocker repair and then applied epoxy primer to the area. These lower corner repairs eat up some time!!

Re: Forest Service Truck Coyote Swap
I bought this new tool. I have alway wanted one for some reason. It was a total impulse buy from craigslist.(similar to this truck!) The guy had just listed it and had several people coming to look at it the following day, but he lived just a few miles from my house so went that night and picked it up. Used it tonight to form some metal. 122 pounder from England late 1800's is what the guy said, but who knows. Its well used!

Re: Forest Service Truck Coyote Swap
The passenger side upper seam had some holes so before I install the cab mount I cut out those pieces and started fabricating some new ones.

Re: Forest Service Truck Coyote Swap
Awesome work as always! At least you didn't have to replace the whole passenger floor pan.

Re: Forest Service Truck Coyote Swap
Yeah it saved me a few bucks, but I think took as much work as the driver pan! I finished the passenger upper floor to firewall seam. I still have a bunch of grinding to do everywhere.

Fuel tank showed up damaged. I guess it will be a couple more months on that. I thought about trying to straighten it out but that Taiwan metal will probable crack.

Well that stinks. Have you tried to check for leaks?
