Thanks guys, the box went on today. :D now I'm afraid unless the winter in mild it's gonna just set. Gotta build up the funds for a paint job-hopefully in the spring.

That is looking great! Did you get to bolt down the box or just sit it? It kinda looked like the north end of the box might have been painted is why I asked. Looking great!

Thanks for now it's just sitting on there. North end? The box is painted on the front,bottom and around the tailgate opening + the spray in bedliner has also been installed.

Here is a small update. Hope to have the interior walls painted soon. the l.h.outside side is ready for paint just the roof and the r.h. side to go. The attached photo is the new speaker mounting repair 4x10 fits great in this spot. :D

Thanks Greg, No the speaker holes were cut into the rear doors before I repaired them back to original. There is just not many places in these trucks for the speakers to mount.
Kinda slow getting started on this truck project again (time and money) but just wanted to post a quick update and hope to have much more to share soon.
