I have a 65 F100 with a 9" 28 spline rear end. Looking for a replacement axle for one that got damaged. Not having much find a new one.
Overall length measures 29 5/8", both appear to be the same length.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Do you mean you need an AXLE SHAFT (from your measurement)?="mac1gt"I have a 65 F100 with a 9" 28 spline rear end. Looking for a replacement axle for one that got damaged. Not having much find a new one.

And you might want to post on the Slick 60's forum as I'm pretty sure the axles changed from pre 67' to our bump era, (width wise).

Re: 65 F100 Rear Axle question.
I've long since lost many bookmarks on my desktop and not sure if these were the folks I'd used in the past of not but also try to goggle "drivetrain" or "axle parts" and you should be able to find a reputable company who can supply an axle shaft for the truck still, (most are being repopped).
