Double din radio

Has anyone ever installed a double din radio in there bumpside. Like in a console or under the dash. If so do you have any pic of it. Like the wiring

I see no one replied, I’m looking to do this on my ‘71 so I can use Apple CarPlay instead of Bluetooth and windshield phone.
Did you do an install, how did it come out, how did you account for dash angle?

I have one in my 70. I modded the dash a bit by enlarging the opening up toward the pad and made a simple wedge shaped surround to trim it out. I'll try to get a pic for you.
