Also ordered new rubber for my door seals. Need to do new felt for the windows as well. :/.

Ill take some pics of the radiator shroud. They r hard to find maybe? Id go junk yard for trucks... i broke mine sitting on it and zip tied it back together as u can see.

They sell replacements from dennis carpenter for the fan shroud. Just gotta verify your getting the right one.

It was getting dark here but as u can see. Zip ties and bolts that have the mount on the other side. They just pinch the plastic. U can see in one of the pics though however a spot where a screw would go througb both.

It was cold out and my daughter was home. So i pulled it apart inside for cleaning and new needle paint. No windex! Dangit. Lol.

Wiring looks good besides the connections. Gonna crimp new connectors and do this swap tomorrow hopefullys.

I did end up using metal.coat hangers for my current exhaust hangers... . Its a ghetto truck.

Taking it really slow. Trying to divide the jobs up into multiple days to fill some time. :/
It is what it is right now and it will get done more and more at a time now. Hey, i ordered parts and am doing something which is active and fwd progress.

When it comes to spring/summer i wanna get to body.
Need my buddy to come help with the welding. I have almost all the pieces i think ill need. Front passenger side needs some work. Than sand and more sand and more sand.
I will primer and glyde coat?! I think its called.
The thought of just wet sanding and clear coating comes to mind as well...
I need touch up paint for my interior. Stitch up a rip in my seat. Gonna ask my mom. Lol!
Need headliner. Need to spray the sound stuff and put my carpet in after all the metal and body work. O boy.

The bed im gonna cut out and put wood planks in.

Also need to fix leaks and change break lines and cylinders. New drums and pads. New tranny cooler. New blower motor for my heater. Sarg has a upgrade for me to do.
Edit. New.springs. shocks or struts or whatever u call em. New e brake and a horn and seatbelts. Would all b great in do time.

Well. I got the needle to ping to the full side. I need to pull the sender unit with the arm and float and see what happens when i swing it. Than re install.

Gonna pull the old rubber off doors. Hit the old glue gunk with a drill and wire brushs. What should i use on my new rubber door seals for install?!

Still moving very good. Slow is how most projects go but that's fine it's looking good.

How do i fix this?


She works properly. Wasnt hard at all. Shouldnt have put this off. I mechanically tested it and used a small.key chain flash light to.confirm the gas lvl was high. It was full.




Any guess what was wrong with the old one? :p

The done bed that needs some removal.and wood replacement. Also the old rubber from the doors









The doors after some wire brushing and heavy duty sand paper. Ill get it more when i actually do the seals. I still need to do more metal work.
