Side Molding Plastic Clip Replacement

How do these plastic clips come off? I have a 69' with a bed molding that has fallen of, the plastic clips look like they are riveted on at the factory?

Yes there should be 10 that rivet on and one front one that bolts on. And the small rear trim has 4 screws to hold it on.

Just wish there was way to put the new clips back on the OEM rivets.

cdnwillg, when I think about the chance of the drill bouncing off the rivet all I see are big scratches in my paint job !

Put masking rape around the
To protect the paint. Use side cutters to cut the rivet flage off. Use a punch to tap the rivet back through the hole.
