Looking to do a full fluids change on the truck this weekend. Is there a chart somewhere on here for all the fluids needed on this model truck?

I wrote this on the inside of a cupboard in my garage. The amount of each is approximate. I researched fluids for awhile and ended up going with what they came with. I used what I could find. Sae 50 was tough to find and pricey. I stayed away from synthetic cause it tends to leak easier. I know it's in my head but the truck seemed to run so much better
