For a blasting setup, I have one similar to this. http://www.harborfreight.com/portable-a ... 37025.html Mine is an old Sears unit but is just like that. I've blasted almost every part of my entire truck with it. I like to use Black Diamond 30/60 grit because it doesn't leave behind any residue or generate much heat blasting. Comes in very handy for spot blasting and I've used it with my 21gal upright HF compressor with good results.

I've never used por 15 but researched it a lot and I went with rust bullet and it's super tough stuff. With rust bullet there is way less prep to the metal and you don't have to put a top coat on it because UV doesn't affect it. Plus it's a silver color so it's super easy to see where you've already painted, and if you top coat it with black it's impossible to miss a spot. I would like to try the por 15 in a side by side trial tho

I had an uncle that brushed used oil under his car every oil change. No rust, but a pain in the butt to work on.
There's a product I've used back in the UK called Waxoyl that can be applied anywhere you might expect rust, including inside frame rails, rocker panels, box sections and doors. It came with a tube that had a 360 degree nozzle on the end, and it dried to a waxy consistency. Never seen it in the stores in the States though.
Eastwood has a similar delivery system, but their product is different. It coats the inside of chassis sections and converts the rust as well as sealing it. Never used it so I can't vouch for it, but it makes sense to stop rust on both sides of your sheet metal.

I've used the internal frame spray from Eastwood, it did alright I'm not sure how much it would've made if I I had just left it alone. I discovered some more rust on the jeep today- kinda flaky looking in some spots. Also my rear brake lines are heavy rusted and one place is leaking brake fluid.
