Since that's a 64 part #, I doubt it.
1967 F-100 4x4 custom cab.
Another 67 F-100 4x4 custom cab.
2016 F-150 Eco-Boost 2.7 liter. (It will smoke the tires!)
1972 F-350 Sport Custom cab & chassis.
1972 F-250 Explorer Special, Camper Special.
1971 F-100 custom. 302, C-4, p.s. p.b. factory 65 amp alternator with transistorized voltage regulator.
Another 67 F-100 4x4 custom cab.
2016 F-150 Eco-Boost 2.7 liter. (It will smoke the tires!)

What do you mean 64 part #? description says 1966-1974 and it looks just like the ones on my truck.

I don't think they'll work. Looks like the distance between screw holes is too close together. Here's the correct one, button is sold separately.

Fyi, the part number from Summit (4dz.....) implies that it's for a '64 model and since '64-'66 handles are similar, Ford might not have changed the prefix. Not that it's 100% accurate but CG Ford Parts lists the C4DZ-6222404/5 as for the Falcon, Comet, Mustang and Ranchero http://cgfordparts.com/ufolder/fordpart ... 222404/5US (L/R) with the '61-'66 trucks being B9A-6422404/5 (L/R).
