I made them from a BBQ grill grate and then lined them with door trim, i still have to do a little more work on them. I couldnt find any grill inserts that liked.

I like it, looks classy and it would like it wasn't an expensive job. Red lamp rings look cool too although I'll be honest in saying that I didn't like the flat glass on the aftermarket H4 bulbs I got that are similar to yours.

The truck is the John Deere Blitz Black.
The grill, trim and bumber is a Hammer Black.
The grill inserts are more of a satin-flat black.

I have a set of inserts like that, the came on a grill I picked up at Hershey, guys didnt want to haul it back home again so think got it for $2 was pretty bent. I used headlights off a jk jeep because I didnt want flat lens. The different finishes of black look good.

Nice work! I have considered doing this myself. Great color scheme too. Are the red rings on the lights painted on?
Are the JK headlights the same size as our trucks?! That would open the door for other possibilities...48prerunner wrote:I have a set of inserts like that, the came on a grill I picked up at Hershey, guys didnt want to haul it back home again so think got it for $2 was pretty bent. Re: FrontEnd back together finally
Jk lights seemed to fit fine, I wired them up with relays to take load off headlight switch, I made adapters to plug into original style headlight connectors h-4 to h13 or something like that. JK lights are inexpensive as many jeep guys upgrade to leds and such. I like them little more modern but still kinda classic.
