Undercoating Question

My 69 F100 has undercoating under the hood and under the bottom frame,wheel wells and bed. Did all trucks come with these places undercoated are was it an option are was it standard on all trucks back then. I found out today from my dad that my trucks 61,000 miles is original miles nice to know. I got the truck from my aunt and my Dad told me that the truck was uncle verns baby. On a side note as I looked at the frontend it out of a 67.
