Previous owner went the cheap route for larger tires - instead of raising the suspension, he cut a piece out of the fender:
Does anyone know of a place that makes / sells a fender patch for the lower front? You can buy fender patch sections all day long for the rear side of the wheel well, but having a hard time finding one for up front. Thoughts?

A patch for that wouldn't be too difficult to make in my opinion.
