As to the OP's question - I used to use multi-grade synthetic blend, but since you're supposed to change it out every 250 miles, I decided to just go with the same stuff that the Navy PMI recommends for slicking their skates.

can someone please tell me where to buy the left hand threaded lightbulb grease? normal right hand thread grease causes the bulb to blow!
