I belive I might have an obsession....

Post by 460 crew »

I'm beginning to belive I have an obsession with these trucks and the 73-79's also. Yes that is normal around here I guess but I have a problem with my wardrobe changing into 90% ford crap. Here is a few of my latest additions. :woohoo:

yeah me to i find a way to get online. This site is such a great site and we owe it all to Keith and the moderator's who help him out with it. Everyone here has a passion for these old trucks, which lead to the obsession that helps the hobby, because me myself like things simple...Terry

And I thought I was the only one who snuck into my inlaws computer room to check on line. I need help too I guess.

Funny thing is now my mother in law thinks I should repent for going to a "Fornication" website.   :hmm:

Several people have mentioned to me that when they were wearing their FORDification t-shirts, sometimes others just took a quick glance and thought it said 'fornication'. One person even asked me if I'd consider changing the name of the site to something else to eliminate the confusion, and so he wouldn't be embarassed wearing his shirt.

It's actually kinda funny....when I was first trying to come up with a name, I was thinking about 'FORDication', just to get people's attention. ;) But I decided that was a little too close to the other word, and decided to play it safe with FORDification....not thinking anyone would confuse it, but I guess I was wrong.

I agree with you though, 460 crew....if I'm not messing around with the website or the forums, or hanging out in the shop working on my project truck, I'm wishing I was doing either. In fact my wife's made comments many time along the lines of "I'd get more attention from you if I had headlights and bumpers!". (I have to reassure her that not only does she already have those items, but they're even more fun to play with.)

well lets get the meeting statrted. So what are the things that make you have these FORDification withdrawls. I am sure we are all guilty of it. As Spartman said refreshments are in the back, feel free to express your selves today, bring out the demon that poses you to this site bring forth your problems.
