Anyone have any pix of a Boxwood Green Painted Truck?

Post by 1971 Farmer-250 »

Getting ready to paint my truck, 1971 F-250 Camper Special. I don't want to mess with painting the door jams or inside of cab. The vin tells me it was originally Boxwood Green, but I haven't seen any solid Boxwood Green trucks. I'm pretty sure mine was not a two tone, it doesn't have any moldings to separate the two colors.

Thanks again Fordman! I think I'm gong to go with a non-stock color and just live with different color door jams and interior. I'm just not feeling the Boxwood Green. Probably going to go with a platinum silver, since the lighter the color the more imperfections it hides.

Maybe something close to these two pics below:

Closer to the first pic than the second :D

Hey farmer-250 I also have a Boxwood Green colored pickup with the white top, it was pretty plain jane until I got it painted, I had the body guy add Silver and Gold pearl , cleared coated it and man it came out awesome. when the sun hits it it just Sparkles, I'm glad I stayed with the original color, good luck on whatever you decided.
