Finally got everyone home.

Post by GT-Racer »

Well just got in the door moments ago. Everyone is doing great. I didnt get to say a whole lot earlier due to my lack of rest. This birth was textbook perfect, like watching a birthing video. But we didnt know what to expect. Our first daughter was born not breathing and was a 2 (out of 10) apgar score. (the new dads will understand what that is). Well Emma came out part way, rolled over and opened her eyes and screamed at us. It was the most beautiful sound I had ever heard. Turns out they scored her either a 9 or a 10. So once I get some sleep I should be back to normal posting. Thanks for all the support and well wishes. I really apreciate all of them. Thanks Again, Scott

And now for my extended Ford Family here is a much anticipated pic.
BTW Keith, Mine is cutest. :P Will post more pics later of her not swollen. This pic is when she is about 10 minutes old.

Remember that in about 12 years  Seriously though, life is amazing. Especially newborn life. I miss seeing that when they are being born and just born. simply awesome, but I don't miss it enough to have anymore. 3 is enough for me!

Congratulations to the GT-Racer fam.

  Scott,

Glad to hear all is well. She's a beauty alright. I don't think I could participate in a "Cutest Baby" contest though, I'd be voting for them all.

Get some rest and get back soon.

I don't want to give em a heart-attack. That is what would happen if I answered the door in the buff. Heck it almost scares me to death when I step out of the shower and look in the mirror.~Mancar1~
