New bumper already rusted on backside.

OK not really new but less than 6 months ago. Its a Fey Step bumper. The backside is already covered in surface rust. :eek:

Looking for suggestions to seal it up once the rust in sanded down.

If it were mine I would pull it, sand it down and then use Por-15 on it.
Make sure you prep it according to Por's instructions.
