i'm not sure i understand your comment. are talking about the "before" pic? i'm running a pretty big (rolling diameter) tire and wheel. those are 275/60-r17's in those pics. of course, they should be about the same as a 235/75-r15 in diameter.

i think he means his tire sit in the opening identicaly. without having flipped the axles.

I know the bird has an extra 160 pounds back there from the sand bags and it sits lower back there now.

So you just flip the front hanger? Do you reuse any of the original hanger holes or do you drill all new ones?

thanks

Yeas would someone please give us less than engineers and quick run down of EXACTLY how you did this and which if any holes you reuse.

Also are you planning to cut the brackets off?

Keith did this on his and had the whole layout I think :hmm: Not sure though. Only on his he took the brackets all the way to the top of the rail.

i'm not very good at explaining things, but yes, i used the original bottom frame holes and drilled new top holes in both the frame and hangers. on hte half flip you use the existing bottom holes and just flip the hangers and then drill new uppers. so you only have to drill two holes on each side. maybe someone can exppain it better. i suck at this that is why i alway just post pics. :D

here's a couple of side shots. it actually sits level now, but i want some rake.

Looks really nice. I'm probably going to try this out when I tear into my suspension.

IMHO, maybe an inch or 2 lower in the front now, and it would look bad a$$.
