When I did my dashpad, I couldn't believe the difference itde in the whole look of the interior. I did think that Henry put an excessive number of bolts on them though. There is no chance of your dash pad falling off!!

Very nice... is that black? And what color is your truck?

My 67 was originally "Frost Turquoise" with a Med. Blue/Lt. Blue interior. It's baby blue right now, but I plan to take it back to the original color. How do you like the black with the turquoise?

very big improvement, it will seem like you got a new truck from the inside now.

you can ford a river or stream and get to the other side, if you dodge it you will not, and if you drive a chevy to the levee it will run dry and the music will die.

someday i'll learn how to quote multiple posts in one reply.

yeah robert i'm still interested in those parts-need to get my $$$ back up to par.

explorernc-there's no doubt about that! at least they are pretty easy to get to.

supermike-yes it's black and i still don't know if my truck is/was harbor blue or something else.

iceman6166-you are right about that. now for some floor mats, and a new gauge cluster and i'll be set.

If it is a 68, maybe they were still using 67 colors? From what I can see in your pictures, it looks like the "Frost Turquoise" to me... not dark enough for the "Lunar Green" or "Carribbean Turquoise" used in '69. The Harbor Blue would have been much more blue than that.

The original color of my truck was Frost Turquoise, and the dash is almost the same color as yours.

yeah, i haven't seen the paint chips for 68, but depending on the light it looks like the frost turquoise or peacock blue.
