Kieth, how come there is no (zero) Ford vintage ads which shows flaresides?

Not only no flaresides, but did you ever notice that they also didn't use any 4-wheel-drives or short-wheelbase trucks? 99.9% of the trucks pictured in factory magazine advertisements were 2WD long-wheelbase stylesides.

I'm guessing that's because they considered that flavor as their bread-and-butter....what most folks were interested in and purchased, and so that's what they used to attact new customers.
