More done on 67'

Post by zakt »

Well got the doors off most the inside removed. looks like I will replace the driver side floor board the passenger looks good. I have a 95' F350 Im using the motor, trans, transfer case from so thinking I might try to use that floor or some of both :D I want to use the linkage and shift lever for the transfer case off the 95' also so might make it easier by just using the whole floor in the front? I will be pulling the cab soon and the bed then pull the frame out and start preping to put the front leaf set up on (easier with everything else out of the way). Had one little issue with a door pin that was half way out (talk about a pain to get out to get the door off) used a screwdriver and a hammer to tap the pin the rest of the way, just have to fish for it in the pilar lower area now.....

Zakt,

That doesn't look bad at all in there. The floor pans look solid.

That is one beautiful truck! Thanks for the update. I agree, that rollbar rocks!

Its a rollbar for an 85' F350 and seems to fit, you know they wouldnt make anything like that for the old trucks :D the nerf bars I bought also are from an 87' F350 (crewcab) and I think I will have to do some cutting and welding, buying a set of 95' F350 (crewcab) nerf bars also they look to be shorter. The rear of the 67' cab is 6" shorter than the new trucks....
