debating on what to do with the frame... I thought POR15 but now Im not to sure I think it might be thicker and I will have problems getting pieces bolted on later? Should I paint it or?

Personally, I go down to the Caterpillar store and buy their satin finish black Polyurea paint. It's the toughest stuff I've ever found!! I painted my bunks on the logging truck with it and it was still on the insides a few months later, with logs rubbing on it every day! I think it was like $20 a gallon and sprayed on very easily.
