The interior and the door jambs are now painted.

Man that thing is looking good. I would love to restore mine but don't have the space. Right now I'm trying to just be content keeping it running and can hopefully sell the house here within the next 5 years and get another place with some property and a shop.

The door jamb bottoms are finished now too. Should be able to install the back window and the interior seats and the door weatherstrips very soon.

My dad built one of these from the ground up. It was the crew cab, short bed, with a 390 and a 4 speed. It was red. He sold in the early 90's for like 6500 dollars, the lived just down the road a little, and just sold it last year. He sold it for 6500 dollars and the purchaser was in new jersey.

guess they must not have many bumpsides in new jersey.

The bumpsides are few and far between here in Jersey, for some reason. At least in northern New Jersey where I live.

My wheels are now done. Blasted,primed,painted and remounted and balanced. Its just another of the many small steps towards completion

Nice job Mark. They look awesome. I hope mine come out that good. What color is that, Wimbelton White? I am going to wait until winter so I can continue to drive it through the summer. I can't bare to be without my truck for 1 weekend!

I have followed this thread all the way thru and man Im impressed with the time, work, and love you have put into this truck. And it certainly shows in the quality of the job too. That is one fine lookin truck!

You have come a long way since you started. Thats GOTTA feel good.
